These terms apply to your purchase and use of Grow Roots Engine ("the product"), a downloadable source-code starter kit.

1. Seller and payments

The product is sold by Grow Roots Engine. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Contact: khattariy92@gmail.com.

2. License

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code in one (1) end product, your own or one client's, and to modify it for that product. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the source code, original or modified, as a template, starter kit or boilerplate, or in a public repository. The full license is included in the download as LICENSE.md.

3. What is delivered

A digital download of source code with documentation. Features and limitations are described on the product page. In particular, the CMI payment integration is a mock and Stripe is provided in test mode.

4. No warranty

The product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing the code before using it in production, including payment and data-protection requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss exceeding the price you paid for the product.

6. Support and updates

Email support for setup questions and bug-fix updates for 6 months after purchase, as described on the product page.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
