Grow Roots Engine is a digital download of source code, so all sales are final once the files are delivered.

If setup fails

If you cannot get the product running, contact khattariy92@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order email and a description of the problem. I will help you fix it.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice or the files were not delivered, contact us and we will resolve it.

Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, for features that are listed as not included (such as a real CMI integration), or for misuse of the license.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
